Shipping Speed & Processing Times

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods or special circumstances, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Seasonal Considerations

• Summer Shipping (Warm Weather Months):
  To protect our products’ integrity in the heat, we exclusively use USPS Priority Mail during summer months for faster delivery and reduced risk of melting. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will ship the following Monday to minimize transit time.

• Winter Shipping (Cooler Months):
  During cooler seasons, we may use USPS Ground Advantage as an alternative for standard deliveries.

Melt Risk Disclaimer

Our natural, handcrafted products have a lower melting point, and while we take steps to mitigate heat exposure during transit, we recommend promptly retrieving your package upon delivery.

If a product softens during shipment, simply place it in a cool environment to solidify—this does not impact its quality or effectiveness. If you experience any issues or concerns with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
